Stevia glycoside Reb M(Reb M) is a kind of natural sweetener extracted from stevia, which has the characteristics of high sweetness, low calorie and taste close to sucrose. It is a sucrose substitute that attracts much attention in the market at present.


The taste characteristics of stevia glycosides are mainly determined by the type and number of glycosides connected at C13 and C19 sites of the stevia alcohol parent nucleus, and its sweetness is 200 to 300 times that of sucrose.
